It’s Stink Bug Season.
Welcome to stink bug season!
Sounds like fun doesn’t it? Stink
bugs are from the genus known as Hemiptera.
They are creatures equipped with piercing capability from their mouths
and have straight antennae. The adult brown stink bug is about 1 inch in length
and its body is nearly as wide as it is long.
You will also notice a brown color in the adult stink bug.
Most stink bugs are real pests to fruits and vegetables so
they are undoubtedly attacking the garden on which you have worked so
hard. To feed off of fruit the stink bug
pierces the skin and sucks out the juice.
Not only are the stink bugs that we see in Chicagoland a pest in our
gardens, but they are a nuisance in our homes as well. In late summer they begin seeking shelter
indoors for the winter.
Now is the time to rid yourself of these nasty
creatures. You need an expert to come to
your home or office to make sure that the stink bug is not setting up a “winter
retreat”. Call A Complete Pest Solution
today at (630) 464-1542. They have been
serving Chicagoland year round for many years and for many years to come.

Beware the Box Elder Bug.
Box elder bugs are common pests over much of the United
States. Adults are about 1/2 inch long. They are bright red or black with
narrow reddish lines on the back. Box
elder bugs mainly feed by sucking juices from the box elder tree, however
sometimes they are found inhabiting other plants.
Surprisingly they do very little damage to the trees they
attack, but at certain times of the year they can become a nuisance. We have
seen box elders dominate a property covering windows, getting into your clothes
and your hair.
When box elder bugs build up to large populations and invade
a home they are usually pests only by their presence, although their
piercing-sucking mouthparts can sometimes puncture skin, causing slight
irritation. Once box elder bugs have become established in the home, there
aren't a lot of treatment options. There are not a lot of recommended chemical
measures at this point.
It is important to call an expert to exterminate these
summer pests. A Complete Pest Solution
has been that very solution for Chicagoland for many years. Eliminate box elder bugs TODAY! Call A Complete Pest Solution at (630)
464-1542.
